Thank you for your interest in joining the Bass Coast volunteer team. Volunteering is an opportunity to gather alongside an inspiring collective of individuals to create, collaborate and connect. As a volunteer, you are an integral part of the entire festival. We are grateful for each and every one of you.

Volunteer Benefits:

Volunteer Requirement:

  • 24 hours during the event (Thursday July 7th - Sunday July 10th)


  • 31 hours pre / post event 

By completing your application and submitting your volunteer deposit, you are committing to your selected dates.  If using the Bass Coast payment plan, your first payment commits you to your selected dates. Please ensure you are available for all dates indicated in your application before submitting, as changes to availability cannot be accepted once your application has been processed.

Please Note: Your deposit must be paid or a payment plan initiated for your application to be processed. Applications without a deposit initiated will not be considered.
If for any reason you are not selected to volunteer, you will be issued a full refund.

International Volunteers:
Only applicants with Canadian Citizenship or those legally eligible to work in Canada will be considered. If you are an international applicant you must have a Working Holiday Visa currently in place.

Are you interested in becoming a Super Volunteer?

Super Volunteers work longer hours (40 hours pre/post event or 35 hours during the event) and are interested in gaining professional experience in event production. Super Volunteers receive a personalized letter of recommendation from Bass Coast's co-founders and other unique perks.

Volunteer Deposit *

A $454.89 volunteer deposit (all inclusive of ticket price+tax+service charges) or the first payment in a payment plan is required to process your application.
The deposit (less $43.65 processing fee and service charges) is only refundable upon completion of shifts assigned. The Bass Coast ticketing company will process the refund on the same credit card used to purchase your deposit.
No tickets are generated with this deposit. Our Volunteer Coordinator will be in contact with instructions on how to check-in at the festival site. This volunteer deposit is not transferable.
If for any reason you are not selected to volunteer, you will be issued a full refund.
