Thank you for your interest in covering Bass Coast Festival 2025.

Bass Coast takes place from July 11-14, 2025, in Merritt, BC on the traditional, ancestral and unceded territory of the Nlaka’pamux and Syilx people.

Press registration application for Bass Coast Festival 2025 is now open. Requests for accreditation will only be considered if submitted via this official online process, with the online application form completed accordingly. Application requests sent by email will not be accepted.

Please be mindful that this is only a request, and it may not be approved. Walk-up requests for press credentials will not be granted.

To apply for credentials, please fill out the online application form below. If you are a freelance journalist, you must be on assignment from a media outlet. Photographers must also be on assignment. We are not interested in spec photography, portfolio photography or personal website photography.

If your application is approved, you will receive complete check-in and on-site details. Additionally, if you are approved for media credentials, you may be required to sign a release of liability and/or a photo release before receiving your credentials.

Please note:

  • Some priority is given to media who have previously contributed to Bass Coast Festival.

  • Only successful applicants will be contacted.

  • The Media Pass gives you access into the festival and Media Lounge only.
