Bass Coast takes place from July 10-13, 2026, in Merritt, BC on the traditional, ancestral and unceded territory of the Nlaka’pamux and Syilx people.

Shot list
Coverage of late-night/early-morning DJ sets is required. A daily shot list will be provided once the team is finalised.

Daily drops
Cards: dropped daily in the Media Room for immediate backup and use by the Bass Coast on-site editing and media team.
Colour correction: details reviewed in orientation.
Edits: during the show are not required but may be submitted.

Post-show
Single-shot clips: submit a Best Of album and an album for each assigned artist.
Due: 10 days post-show.
Files: footage must be logged, labelled, and filed according to our 2026 Video Guide.
