Accreditation is required for all media at Bass Coast. Applications must be submitted through this official form, and approval is not guaranteed. The information below outlines eligibility, expectations, and key dates for the application process.
HOW TO APPLY
Applications must be submitted through this official online form.
Requests sent by email will not be accepted.
Walk-up requests on-site will not be accepted.
Submission is a request only and does not guarantee approval.
ELIGIBILITY
Freelance journalists must be on assignment from a recognised media outlet.
Photographers must also be on assignment.
Speculative, portfolio, or personal website photography will not be considered.

A liability and/or photo release may need to be signed before credentials are issued.
A Media Pass provides access to the festival and the Media Lounge only.
Priority consideration may be given to media who have previously contributed to Bass Coast.
Only successful applicants will be contacted.
